This man must have taken these words a little too much to heart.

Police in the UK are trying to find a man who robbed a shop in Hertfordshire last week – all while wearing a plastic bag on his head.

The man entered the store at around 8.40am with a white Londis bag over his head, before threatening a member of staff with a knife and leaving with money from the till.

No one was injured during the incident.

Hertfordshire police have released a CCTV image of the man, with a police spokesperson saying:

It is quite unusual for a robbery to be committed where the suspect uses a carrier bag as a means to attempt to conceal their identity.

We would like to speak with the man pictured as he may be able to assist our enquiries.
